                            GetMaxColor function

  DECLARATION:  GetMaxColor

      PURPOSE:  Returns the highest color that can be passed to SetColor

         UNIT:  Graph

  RESULT TYPE:  Word

      REMARKS:  The highest color that can be passed to SetColor is dependant
                on the system hardware.  On an EGA system, GetMaxColor would
                always return a 15.  This means that any value from 0 to 15
                could be passed to SetColor.  On a Hercules system,
                GetMaxColor would always return a value of 1.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
